After 7 mons of non service at CarMax Nissan got it Right the 1st time! Michael Jones and Service team was professional and knowledgeable!!! Thanks Again for actually listening to me and resolving the issues in a reasonable time instead of 7 months of waisted time! I am very very Satisfied!

I have a 2004 Nissan Titan with 60,000 original miles. They did a 140 point inspection and decided an oil change and coolant change was all that was needed. NOTE: They put 0-20W synthetic oil in which is not the recommended oil according to the owners manual (10W-30, 10W-40) but they recommended it for better gas mileage and assurd me it would not harm the engine. Other recommendations were for spark plugs and fuel system cleaning due to the age (18 years) but the engine is running great so I left that to the next time. The ... read more

My repair experience @ Gwinnett Place Nissan was great. ..the repair time wasn't long...my advisor was professional...I was told of other repair issues with my car.
