I came in earlier than my appointment and my advisor wasn't there. I spoke with some one else and expressed i needed to get to work, and they got it done. Dealership is fairly priced and excellent service thank you

The facility was clean, seating while you wait was comfortable and even received acknowledgment from management while waiting.
Mike Jones service advisor at Gwinnett place Nissan provided phenomenal customer service. The service and recall performed was great and I did not have to wait long because as usual they started on my vehicle immediately as promised. The service department young man who opened my door with a smile and was a true southern gentleman this morning when I forgot to leave my keys in the ignition. Keep up the great work. It is why myself, my friends I refer will continue to come in.
I called the day before and was able to make an appt the next day. Also my assigned consultant kept me informed of the issues and worked with me to get everything done. He also offered a 3month no interest option which I appreciated. My car is running much better.
