Okay but problem I went in for wasn't fixed.
What I liked best is Hector made sure he let me know what was going on every step of the way with finding out what was going on with my car and the process with my Car Shield insurance. I would have liked to have my car back sooner being that I was unable to get a loaner car while the repairs were being completed. So what I like less would be that I was told Nissan does not do loaner cars.
