I am elderly, retired and handicapped. My knowledge of car mechanics goes little beyond step on brake and push ignition button It is very welcoming to know that the dealership service director, Chris Tomlinson, and his staff, go the extra mile to make sure my vehicles have always been mechanically maintained and are safe for me to drive.

While my car was in service, dealership gave me a car to drive! I really appreciate that ! I pay a little bit hight for the service I think but at least they gave me a car to drive, so in general I'm satisfied!

It's been a while since I last got my car repaired at Gwinnett Nissan, but nothing has changed. My service advisor Kimberly Robinson is always helpful, informant, pleasant and professional. The mechanics always get my car in and out in a timely manner and I never have to bring my car back for repair(s) not done as required.
