Seems to be an excellent culture at this Nissan and it shows in how well they treat their customers. I was dreading car shopping but was pleasantly surprised to be dealing with an extremely knowledgeable associate, Nita. She was very open, honest and able to answer are seemingly endless questions on two different vehicles on the lot. And she was quite patient, which is also a plus. I had some issues with my car when I replace the new tires . I visited my favorite Dealer, after checking with a service adviser and specially Jimmy Clark ( Service Manager) reviewing the report, found the issue and fix it. Thank you

Art Marbury went beyond "over and above" his obvious practice of serving his customer when we recently purchased a new vehicle at this dealership. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the manner in which Mr. Marbury, and others we inter-acted with, took us through the buying process. I just love Gwinnett Place Nissan, Renee was great (the best, really) as well as the Finance person Lewis Carr. I traded in my vehicle for a brand new one and can honestly say i've never had service as good as with Gwinnett Place Nissan. My wife and I started Leasing Nissan Maximas about ten years ago thru Gwinnett Nissan. Art Marbury was the first person we met. His friendlyness was immediate and very easy going. We found him knowledgeable from the start. He was very proficient at zeroing in on our auto needs. My wife has Leased four Maximas over the years and bought one new Atlima this year. Went in with a friend to look at Nissans. Purchased a Frontier. I know not to go eat breatfast with my friend again..Ha. Great Experience. Make accessory purchases after the sale. Great Experience. Top notch folks. We were treated with courtesy and professionalism at all times. We went to look the previous weekend, explained that we were looking around, and that we were going to check all of the manufacturers and dealers for our new minivan. we decided after about 4 days, and called Levi to make an appointment. Levy was great, as were Keith, Karen, and all of the folks. No pressure, willing to deal, I will definitely go back. The Nissan Quest van is terrific, we love it!!!
