I have visited five or six different dealership before I visited Gwinnett Nissan. And this is the best experience I have had. Tracey, unlike other sales, didn't through me the key and ask how would I like to pay for the car. She talked about every detail about the car to me. And she was very patient all the time. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Gwinnett Nissan Place. And I would like to recommend Gwinnett Nissan Place to everyone.
Mr. Michael Green was very polite and friendly.He made us feel confident to do bussines with Gwinnett Place Nissan dealer.He was also very informative about the car we were looking for,we did some research before going to the dealer about the car and with his information we could make shure about all the car features and details.He worked out with us to made a good deal and we got a car with more and better features than we were looking for.Our overall experience with Mr. Green was outstanding.
Michael was outstanding in his service, got me the deal I wanted and needed, got me out of my old car, everything was awesome! Would definitely go back, and definitely telling friends!
Everyone was extremely professional and fun to work with, from the receptionist through the sales staff to financing...they were all great. And, I love love love my car.... Also, I should note that I had a very negative experience all around at Lithia Springs Nissan, and very uncompetitive pricing at Union City Nissan.
The customer service was great. They did everything they could to give me the best price for my trade in. They contacted me as soon as possible and remained in contact with me until I was satisfied. Michael Green provided one of the best customer service I've had so far. I would definitely come back and/or refer these guys to my friends.

The salesman we had at Gwinnett Place Nissan, Michael Green, was the most courteous, non-pushy car salesman I have ever met. My husband and I stopped by the dealership after 7pm to just look and Michael was so accomodating. He stayed until after 10pm answering our questions and said that they were open until the last customer left - he never rushed us.
