I had previously spoken with him on the telephone and he assured us he had the car that we wanted and that he would be ready to meet with us once we arrived. Upon our arrival, after driving for over two hours and sitting in traffic, he was not even at the dealership. Then once he decided to show up, he didnt have...

Bait and Switch I called on a Tuesday night asking for a 2009 Nissan at the advertised 0% for 60 month financing offer. My husband and I went to Gwinnett Place Nissan and before even talking to a salesperson we verified that the vehicle we were looking at had the correct VIN for the advertised price. After a short test drive, I felt confident that...

Classic bait and switch. They offerd one thing on the phone and the next day in person, and then when the sales manager finally came over (after several waits while the sales rep “went to ask his boss” and several requests just to deal with the manager if he had to make the decisions), he quickly changed the numbers (price and financing). Liars-frustrating and insulting.
