great experience From the Internet experience to ending the sale process was awesome. The reps periodically checked on me until I was ready to come in to purchase my new vehicle. In addition, I was more sold on the vehicle built and performance and the deal that closed the sale on my financial picture. Great I had stated that I did not want to trade in my vehicle for the Murano if it did not have the satelite radio included. At first they said that the Murano was as is and that the satelite radio would not be included. As I was walking out the door they told me that they would do and "I OWE U" for the satelite radio. This proved to me that they were willing to work with me to fulfil my wishes.
