no surprises MIke M.did a great job for me. I was interested in a car model that he did not happen to have in stock. However, he did not try to push something pon mr that they already had. He listened to what I wanted. We came to agreement on pricing by phone and e-mail. He actually drove across state lines to pick up the car that I wanted. Friendly and honest guy.
