Gwinnett Place Nissen is my first choice for all my automotive needs. My service advisor, Mike Jones, Always has my safety and best interests in mind. I am always treated fairly.
Very professional and knowledgeable service advisor manager .he did absolutely amazing job. . I was little disappointed with outdate furniture in customer lounge. in my opinion why people don't go to car dealerships for service is ridicules labor price.To charge $1000 for labor for 4 hours job its crazy. More than 2/3 of that it goes to dealerships not mechanic. If I had more time to shop around I definitely would go elsewhere.

It was fast and my service manager Nick was so friendly and helpful. He kept me informed the entire time they were working on my car. Most dealerships won't touch another brands vehicles. Gwinnett Place Nissan will do everything they can to get you taken care of.
The orginal paperwork said I needed another cap valve even though it was fix in the prior service. This was eventually straightened out due to the technician originally basing the observation off of residue.
The service was excellent and fast.
Sales person was get. Did not like the no wheel locks, no tinted windows, no seat covers.
