Terrible. Office staff, chrishanda very rude. I went with my husband who was referred by his cardiologist. The cardiologist saw something in his liver when reviewing heart scans and sent us to dr hon. I am a physician and an advocate for my husband. Because of covid, dr hon would not allow me to accompany my husband in the room. Instead, she sent out a manager named chrishanda who was condescending and rude as she lectured us. My experience with Dr. Hon was not a good one. I found her to be very rude and condescending. As a medical professional, it is the doctor's responsibility to be factual, but her attitude of superiority is unwarranted; especially in a time of uncertainty with the covid-19/coronavirus associated with IBD.

Dr Hon is proported to be the resident expert in liver transplants. I was referred to her as a patient with a failing liver. I saw her for about a year, progressively getting sicker and weaker. Toward the end of seeing her I got so weak and out of breath I could not walk. She continued to tell me the entire time I needed to work and exercise, never running any tests to see if I had any other liver related issues. HPS is a liver related disease that I met every symptom and she missed

I was told by my cardiologist to see a gastroenterologist when other testing showed some issues with my liver. Dr Hon has no bedside manner and gave me the impression I was wasting her time. She reviewed the CT scans, never laid a hand on me, and was very dismissive. After years with Dr. Diane Wisebram, retired, it was very disappointing. I am looking for a new doctor.
