Keith and Chad were professional who did exactly as they had promised. The work was excellent, on time and completed quickly. We will definitely hire again if we have another problem.
Keith was great came out to house and gave me a full detail on what was going on and what needed to be done. Was very responsive, he showed true care and compassion for what was going on and the health and safety of my family due to the water issues I was having. The day the work was done H2O was very professional, clean and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them
They came out and assessed our problem. Our well pump had failed. Then sent service men out to replace it that same day.
They came out to our house on time and called ahead to confirm the appointment. He gave us great advice and there was no pushy sales tactics. Just good advice from someone who was knowledgeable and wanted to help.

It is very expensive when your well pump goes bad. Be prepared to spend around $2000+
new well pump installed tout de suite . good job.
These people, both Tammy in the office and Keith on-site, were extremely friendly and very helpful. Scheduling and solving our problem was a breeze! I would recommend this company to anyone needing work or installation of water softening systems.
