technician was on time and proffesional. thoroughly explained all of the new equipment .
Prompt and professional.
Very professional. They were at my house with in 2-3 hrs on a Sunday after talking with them on the phone. Price was a little high but my well is 375ft deep. We needed to replace pump and wires. Total cost $3100
H2O quickly identified the problem as a tank bladder failure, and installed a new tank in a better location. The technician was skilled, and completed the job quickly, at what I thought was a reasonable price.
Terrible Customer Relations! My mother had water in her basement and her caretaker thought it was a water softener problem and called H2O. H2O told her upfront that this would be an emergency call and the charge would be $179 per half hour. Panic set in and she told them to come out (this was about 3pm). They were wrong with their diagnosis, didn't even check my pump before telling me that I needed a new one. Also, was going to over charge me. I will never, ever use them again.
there were installation issues. one person for the whole job. Multiple appointments to finish. Accidentally broke window. tried to exit the wash water through the side of the house. Did not replace drain tube till separate date. Only replaced one of the two existing filter cartridges, I have a lot of iron still. promised salt and filters in exchange for window replacement and inconvenience of 4 visits. Didn't show after two reminders. oh well
