I'm a resident of Halpine View Apartments. I like to thank agent Fahima for sending technician Lawford Jenkins to fix my maintenance request. Lawford is an experienced and nice guy. After my description of the issue, he immediately located the problem spot and resolved it right away. Originally, I thought it would take a day to get the thing done. I can't prepare my dinners without using the kitchen water sink. Lawford, you were a life savor. Thank you very much! And thank you Fahima!

We just moved in to halpine view 2 weeks ago, the management are very accomodating and helpful. Thank you to Saidou for answering all our concern and questions . We love our unit, the community are quiet and people are nice. Very pet friendly.

It was an amazing service we experienced when my cousin's family were applying for an apartment to live and moving into the Halpine View Apartment . Mr. Drabo , senior leasing consultant helped us very friendly and professionally. He was awesome and gave us the best customer service handling the whole process efficiently.

Fahima was very helpful with figuring out different leasing options and even stayed longer on a Sunday to help with move in. She was very kind and patient when trying to find me a room. The staff at halpine is great and very knowledgeable.

I've been living at Halpine View Apartments for the past year and have had a wonderful experience. The complex is well-maintained, and the amenities are excellent. It's within walking distance to the metro and grocery stores, with plenty of greenery and parks around. A special mention to Mr. Saidou Drabo in the office, who has been incredibly helpful and attentive. He always goes above and beyond to assist residents with any concerns. I highly recommend Halpine View Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.
