Halpine View Apartments is a cozy and comfortable place to live in. The officials are kind and compassionate. They guide you through the process of settling down during your move and provide the basic necessary amenities. The location is close to Twinbrook metro station and connected to many places by ample public transportation. Overall Halpine was my destination for affordable yet comfortable housing and I am happy with my experience.

I am a resident at Halpineview Apartments. I moved in on July 2023 and it's been two months and I really love the place. I stay at a 1 BHK apartment and it is very spacious and has been compatible for me so far. With a peaceful living environment and a swimming pool, this was perfect for me who has just arrived from India. My leasing associate was Saidou and he has made my move in, so easy and hassle free. I would recommend this apartment for a peaceful stay.

I really like how clean and spacious the apartments are. Fahima from the leasing office has been great help to us. This place is great. Maria Pearson is so empathetic and kind. My dad died suddenly of covid and I needed to find a place ASAP and Maria helped me with that . She is also very patient walking me through my first apartment. She is a guardian angel. I’m forever grateful to her for helping me.

20 cars have been broken into at Halpine View community on 29 April 2023. The management does not respond to resident calls, emails or take any action to increase safety in the community.
