I was extremely impressed by your service department when I had work done on May 17. Alex Husen could not have been more accommodating. On an earlier visit to arrange for the work he made sure the proper part was ordered and gave me an estimate of the cost that was within a few dollars of the final price. When I returned to get the work done he had arranged that I would deal with him again. and even helped me with a cell phone problem.

They have exceptional customer service. It doesn’t matter who you talk to, all the service representatives are top notch. I’ve been taking my vehicle there for quite awhile because they are consistently excellent. I switched from a location much closer to my home because the service was far superior.

Service was prompt, did what they said they were going to do. Called me to inform me of a suggested service. Got me an uber to get back to the dealership which was nice

The service in the dealership is excellent and the work done on my car is very good. Booking an appointment is impossible. I have called. I have tried on line. I have chatted to the "chat" person and last fall and this spring, I have not been able to book an appointment . Finally, I drove to the dealership and made an appointment in person! This is not a good way for appointments to be made!
