I’m really impressed with this dealership as the customer service is top notch. The agent explained everything to me in detail and was very helpful with getting me a ride home and back to the dealership. I have confidence that everything I was concerned about was dealt with. Brad was my service rep and he tried and did get me in and out as fast as possible. I am happy that they even washed my car without me having to ask, as this is something that Sterling Honda does all the time and it think that Halton Honda should be doing the same thing

Went to Halton Honda for service on my car and have my winter tires removed and stored. Alex was my service rep, he always greets me with a warm and welcoming smile. I enjoy dealing with Alex because he has such a good outlook on everything. He thoroughly went through what would be happening and then when I picked up the car Alex again thoroughly went through my bill explaining what was done to the car.
