Alex the service representative had the unfortunate task of letting me know that my 12 year old car needed some extra work that was a safety issue. It's never pleasant to be told that the work is going to cost but Alex made me feel confidant that my car was going to be in good shape when the work was done.

We love the car and the sales rep was very nice to deal with. We had to work hard for a fair trade-in value and think it should’ve been more. We bought a demo with over 6500 km and perhaps felt like a larger discount was appropriate given some visible damage/chips on rims, windshield and front hood. We appreciate though that the sales rep took care of the rim damage after the fact.
