David McHarg was enthusiastic, friendly and well organized. He was able to determine what we wanted in a car and help us get the car we needed. He responded to our enquires in a timely fashion and was very knowledgeable. Cecilia D'Andrea was friendly and enthusiastic. Unfortunately her presentation concerning our financial obligation to us, was muddled and unclear. Great courteous service was provided to me when I brought my new car in for its first service. The car had only 3500 KM on it due to not getting out much this past year due to Covid restrictions and as a result Brad my service rep told me that I didn’t need all the normal items done such as tire rotation etc. I was very pleased that he suggested this.
