Purchased a 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Sales exec. Jeff was very experienced straight forward approach no fussing around. We got to the centre of the buy sell arrangement quickly and came to agreement on price. He was very good to follow up on preparing the vehicle and insisted that I was satisfied with transaction before I left the dealership . Delivery, paperwork and pick up was well organized and on time. Overall good honest experience.

Purchased a 2020 CRV. Mark has been excellent to deal with. Disappointed that a small dent in front hood was not fixed prior to pick up. Mark has arranged to get this repaired. Oil guage levels were not updated to show that this was looked after prior to purchase. Mark had a service technician correct this. Also only had one key at time of purchase. Will be back at dealership to resolve these issues. Mark has been very professional throughout the process and represented the dealership very well.
