I have 2 Honda vehicles bought from Halton Honda, this service was to swap winter tires off. Great to see Alex again and he provided excellent service to me, nice friendly and fast.

Very organized. No surprises. Jamal is very good. Separately, I've booked appointments (oil change etc) in the past for a specific time, and then go home. But my vehicle is not looked at at the specific time. Not sure what the point is of booking a specific time.

The last two services that my car went through, during covid, were very frustrating because the person making the appointment did not have sufficient information/experience to predict how long the service would take. Since I don't live in Burlington, I was forced to walk around the town for more hours than expected. No coffee shops, retail stores etc were open, so it was a very long time, almost 5 hours, 2 hours longer than the promised 2 hours. However, this time, everything went smoothly.
