My warranty service was done with A friendly smile. No hassles. No cost. I would recommend this dealer. Only area needing improvement was slower shuttle service with COVID. Try to arrange your own ride if possible.

Brad at Halton Honda saved the day! I was stopped on the side of the road due to a loud “clunking sound” that was getting progressively worse with every minute. I called Halton Honda in a panic and was received by Brad in the service department. Brad was patient and calm, listening to my panicked recount of the noise and was able to diagnose the problem. Good experience. Had a A1, 7 service. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Shuttle took me home while service was being done. Car was ready when I returned to pick it up.

Phoned on Monday booked app'tm't re: 2014 Cr-V transmission "shuddering"@35-45 kph . Arrived for early Wed. app'tm't taken in right away,waited in showroom (socially distancing) Service area under Reno able to work around tarps & uneven floor. Wonderful experience having an A 1, 9 service. Everything done to a tee, and they even did something under warranty even though I was 30 days past the factory warranty date! Even washed my car - I was very pleased.
