Service was very efficient. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. They explained why they couldn’t put winter rims purchased at Canadian tire on my CRV. I was disappointed but understand.

Bilal went over the top to ensure that all of our needs were met in a timely manner. As opposed to doing the minimum, Bilal pursued every aspect of the process in a personal way that developed trust and made us feel like family. Furthermore Cece and Sami were also excellent, and their flexibility solidified our decision to finalize the sale. It is our opinion that the Halton Honda team is effective because they truly work as a team and are fair with customers.
