Service completed The service was completed on my HRV that showed up as a B1 service. This was completed along with new battery. Done within the time frame that was given to me at time of leaving my HRV.
Friendly Service Very impressed that despite the necessary restrictions due to Covid=19, Halton Honda was able to schedule and do the repairs on my car. The work was done on time and on budget, what else could a customer want?

My needs are taken care of quickly BUT the techs continue to rev my car (Mustang GT) and goof off everytime they bring it inside.

Tires and brakes Overall the visit was very good. Car was repaired in a timely fashion with consistent feedback on the progress throughout the day. Seems like the team is being responsible with COVID 19 guidelines - use of masks varied from Halton Honda team member to team member - some had nothing, some were wearing improperly and some had masks on.

You fixed our mix-up We mixed up the rims for our two Civics. Maintenance took the time to sort them out. They even took our vehicles in one right after the other, instead of waiting until the scheduled time.
