Amazing Service I had an amazing experience at this Honda dealership. I am used to going to the Oakville dealership and I hadn't received the best service there, but after my experience at Halton Honda, I will be coming here for my car needs from now on! Carlo was the best advisor!

General Service and Snow Tire removal Very disappointed that I have now taken my car in for service twice during Covid 19 and service was not up to standards. Firstly, the oil and service gauge was not reset . Secondly, there was no effort in washing or cleaning the car. I even asked because my partner who has his care serviced at another Honda dealership - washed and detailed his car. That is correct detailed inside out. They went the extra mile to ensure that the customer is happy and protected.

We strive to be perfect and apologize for the oversight of the maintenance minder not being reset. Our car wash is unfortunately inoperable at this time. We have ordered a new one and are currently waiting for the "all-clear" for delivery and installation. Seasonal Tire Changeover went as well as could be expected with COVID-19 precautions in place. Service was done fairly quickly, slower than usual time, but totally understandable in our current pandemic. Booked appointment on-line which was easy to do.

In this difficult time if Covid-19, thank you all Very pleased to have my retires changed over for the season. Prefer to book by telephone which was accomplished without complaint! Also, to pay by telephone. Car ready in excellent time. Pick up of serviced vehicles needs to be revamped. I did not have my telephone with me. At least 4 individuals were sitting chatting and were very reluctant to come to the door so that I could give my name for pick up.
