Excellent service as always When Brad is at the service desk, all is well at your dealership. Bryce checked me in for an unscheduled visit for an oil change. Car ready earlier than promised due to no shows ahead of me. However, Brad greeted me by name when I returned for the car and facilitated the return of the car, in record time. Always nice to be recognized after perhaps 25 years as a customer and greeted by name. Many thanks to all and a very happy new year.

I was updated immediately about extra work needing to be done. Service was completed in the promised time frame. The car was washed when returned to me. Brad is very pleasant and conscientious.

Service completed in a timely manner Very friendly & knowledgeable service advisors - car is always available after servicing as promised - work is always done properly - never a need to return after a service for tweaking of the work originally done

Service Visit I took my '99 CR-V in for servicing. The engine light was illuminated and flashed occasionally. The service was fast and efficient, and adjustments were made to an after-market distributor, which appeared to be the cause of the problem. The car drove fine for a day, however the engine light came back on the following day. I suspect the issue is with the quality of the distributor and the service staff diagnosed the problem correctly. My one recommendation for improvement is wait time. Great service, took a little longer than expected. Would Great service, took a little longer than expected. Would be nice if management was as nice as the employees. Learn to treat your employees better they are the front line for your customers.

Service Our car went in for service. We were greeted quickly and our car was ready as scheduled. Mark always goes out of his way to make sure we are looked after. They explain what is being done as well as check to make sure that everything else on the car is running properly. We are more than happy with the service we receive here. That is why we keep coming back.
