pleasurable experience I had a difficult decision to make .I had 3 options,renew my present lease,sign a lease on a new 2019 Accord or be tempted to go to a different car or SUV.My final decision was affected both by the quality of Honda cars and by the excelllent service and attention I received from Mr,David McHarg.It was a pleasure to deal with him.

I can't say that my experiences with Halton Hinda have always been positive but I'm happy to report that this was a good visit! In the past, I haven't been able to get a shuttle back to my home in Waterdown but this time around, I was able to. This is greatly appreciated! Also, Shaun was wonderful. Very thorough and knowledgeable on the services and products available. He may have even sold us on a new HRV when our lease is up! The service technicians also did a great job! Thank you Halton Honda!
Winter tires installed Fortunately I did not need to wait for my car. I arrived at 10 am for my appointment and the express agent took details right away. I was surprised I wasn't called until about 2:00 pm. I expect if I was waiting it would have been done sooner.
Scheduled service. The customer representative was very co-ordinal and professional. He listen to my concerns and answered my questions and gave explanations when I was off-track. I would highly recommend the dealership to others.
