All work done to my full satisfaction. Over and above the regular work to be done as per the scheduled service, all extra requests were handle without a hassle and the service technician heard me out when I explained why I wanted certain work done. In this particular service, I had requested an extra brake service to be done due to the fact that I am a rural customer (back roads and such). Super experience buying a used vehicle Very professional staff, from reception to sales they were efficient and helpful. The used car we purchased was ultra clean and they explained all the maintenance items that were recently performed and made sure we know what to do going forward. Too notch all around.

Battery recall Staff was very accommadating on getting this recall done and answered any questions I had. Staff is always friendly. Even the drivers of the shuttle service gave me advice about the workings of my new car.

Best service out there! Halton Honda is the only place I take my car & this is my 6th Honda! I found myself with a flat tire over the weekend which I was able to pump up until I could get into Halton Honda to investigate. I went in on my way to the office on Monday and was able to use the Express Service for the first time. It was looked at right away and the Service tech showed me exactly what he dug out of my tire - a tip of a screw was embedded in the tire.
