Halton Honda Great!!! After much thought and searching we decided on the Honda HRV! We had been out all day at different dealerships and the last stop was Halton Honda. Glad we made the stop!! We dealt with Dave Krstulic. Great guy. The 2019 hondas were just a little out of our price range. Dave told us of a 2018 Honda that was going to be available. That is the car we now own. Will Kuipers provided excellent service! We decided to look for a recent model used Honda vehicle in our price range. Will selected a late model Civic and an Accord for us to drive and evaluate. Recall service Jamal was so nice and profesional, and a huge plus that he speaks spanish; I feel like home, and also the service was on time and professional
concerns about noises after service. My vehicle was making unusual noises after extensive scheduled service. The problem was dealt with by the service manager and senior tech immediately even though such service time is a major difficulty to find. Reassuring and competent professional approach.
Safety Check When I first got to my appointment, there was a very large lineup. But the service department quickly made sure that all of us in line were attend to within three minutes. I saw Nigel and Nigel was very friendly and efficient with checking me in. I was there for a safety check on my vehicle so I was also dealing with David as this was a necessity to purchase my lease out. Both david and Nigel checked on me multiple times while I was waiting and I was very happy with my service.
Excellent Experience We had an appointment with Greg but we arrived at the dealership later than planned in the evening. Didn't matter. The Honda Pilot was prepped for a test drive and away we went. We arrived back at the dealership and made a deal and met Ceci to finalize the protection packages and the financials etc. All was done quickly, efficiently and in a very friendly way, in spite of the fact that everyone was now working past closing time. HondaCivic Touring David Krstulic was our salesperson and he was amazing. We really liked his relaxed attitude and did not feel pressured one bit. He was very professional before and after the sale responding to email questions as well. He took quite a while to explain all of the information about the car which I am delighted with. My only beef was that Honda only provides the Navigation system on the top of the line models.
