The whole experience and dealing with the service agent, Christina, was such a pleasant experience. She ensured I was aware of the status of my service, no surprises and arranged for shuttle service and made the whole experience very stress free.

On top of the usual excellent service I arrived to pick up my car a few minutes after the dealership closed (thought it was 7:00 not 6:00). An employee saw me and let me in, and another restarted her system to allow me to pay and retrieve my car. This was greatly appreciated as I am a half hour away from the dealership and needed my car. Thanks so much!

Shaun was so helpful and clear about the diagnostic outcome of the issue with our vehicle. The issue was efficiently fixed and we had our car back in less than 24 hours. Very impressed!!

I contacted Shaun from the service department and he set up a time and date for a fuel pump recall. Shaun was personable, knowledgeable and communicated repair for my vehicle.. Honda vehicles are one of the best by far so repairs are very infrequent. Thanks again for the service..
