Great service, friendly staff. Need to work on follow up and respose for service. Example: parts were ordered for recall and put in system to call me. No one called. Had to wait for second recall letter then went to dealership. Phone service booking never works, no one calls back, always have to book in person

Great staff, friendly and efficient! Maybe making it clear that the kiosk is for after hours would be helpful to customers and staff. I was encouraged to use it through emails but it seemed to be more confusing for the staff than anything.
