Telephones reception went smoothly. Computer checking the previous evening was OK but asked annoying questions about optional brake service and wheel alignment. Pickup next day was friendly and efficient.

The sales staff are excellent. The service staff are very knowledgeable and never try to oversell any services. The dealership is close to my house and the Uber service is quick and convenient.

Marc Pregnolato was excellent and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone. However, when a customer comes in and they say they just want to buy a car outright, let them! Not everyone is in the right frame of mind for ’added value’ from Honda finance.

Brad was fabulous . I had provided him a deadline for completion of the job and this time ,unlike my last visit.when it was 3 hours later than promised , all was completed ahead of schedule . I am still not comfortable with having to take Uber to and from service appointments. I preferred when the dealership had its own driver.
