No customer service at the service department at all until I dealt with Dominic. He was very good but I must make a suggestion.....there was no one waiting except me and no one acknowledged that I was there. A simple hi there, I'll be right with you goes a long way. It was my first time there so I wasn't sure what the expectations were or where I was to go.
