When I arrived at Halton Honda, it was 25 minutes until close. I had been looking at a Cars all week long and discouraged, however Marc took the time to find me what I needed, and even stayed longer to allow me a test drive. He also worked all weekend and on his day off to make sure the deal got done, and that the Car was ready for our family on time! Brad was very polite on the phone and call me back very quickly with the needed information. He was able to schedule me an appointment for the next day to have the needed work done.
Excellent waiting area, very comfortable when having to wait for longer appointments. Very informative about what service is being provided.
Staff at the service centre are courteous and friendly. My only issue was trying to reach someone by phone once the car was ready as I needed a ride to the dealership. I called four times and waited on hold ten minutes each time until finally reception called an uber for me.
I worked with Greg Berg and he was more than helpful. He trusted us to go on a test drive by ourself and was so helpful with the Honda Product and went we returned he went over all options with us. He did not push us to make a decision right away which was nice since we had just had a bad experience before this, Ask for Greg if you go to Halton Honda
