Buying a car at Halton Honda was a oleaseant experience. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He was able to get us the car we wanted with our preferred options and colour very quickly. The finance manager was equally helpful and not overly aggressive in helping us choose the best extended warranty for our needs.

The updated service area is first class in every way, but it's not my primary reason for any return visit for service. That honour belongs to the service staff who unfailingly impress with their knowledge and customer care. Brad has been an exceptional customer care representative ever since my first Honda purchase almost 20 years ago and fully understands the principle of customer satisfaction.
The service manager was very accommodating when I brought the car in for a service appointment. A friendly atmosphere and service completed on time.
The service advisor I had was amazing and the sales person we spoke to was very nice
David is patient and takes the time to explain when I have questions. Great job!

The service staff were generally very friendly and helpful. However, they recommended that they replace the brake fluid and bleed the system, at a cost of $140, as it was 3 years since this was last done, despite the fact my car was hardly used for 2 of those years due to the pandemic and the mileage should have made that obvious. They also managed to lose the cabin pollen filter and tray. Upon departure we were told that the car has been cleaned but it had not.
