Fantastic location. Comfortable family refuge.
Staff were awesome! Breakfast was doable and a lot of variety. The noise on the street isn't something that I am used to but being on the 8th floor was too close to the road. Try to stay closer to the 20th floor. Also the one working elevator was slow.
Very kind staff and amazing location
One of two elevators was down, but staff was careful to let us know to plan ahead. Location was perfect and room was clean.
I love the place
The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room has all the amenities that are required. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. The property is obviously older and some of that is evident but all in all, a good stay and we will be back when we require a room in Manhattan.
