Auto show stay They have two small elevators one was not working and other was over crowded so i had to use the stairs luckily it was the 6th floor

Breakfast was not very good
This was a perfect location for all the things I was doing from Madison Square Gardens to NYU to the Village.
I reserved two rooms. Booked them at the same time. However, our rooms were on two separate floors. I can understand not being able to accomodate conjoining rooms but it was very inconvenient that our rooms were on two separate floors! One of the rooms did not have a thermostat & the cold ac was blasting our entire stay. When I brought it the woman's attention at the front counter, she just kept asking if we wanted the heat on - which was not what we wanted.
