Great for families. Breakfast is included and rooms are cleaned every two days. The reception team are so helpful and friendly.
Unable to reach by car due to rally nearby, otherwise excellent stay.
Very close to Pen. station and Madison Square Garden.

Ok O quarto era limpo e cheiroso. O atendimento não foi dos melhores, as pessoas não foram muito solícitas. Depois do check-out me cobraram um taxa de quase 7 dólares, ao questionar eles estornaram, mas depois cobraram de novo. Tive que pedir para estornarem novamente. O café da manhã era excelente.
Staff were very pleasant. Enjoyed the lemonade in the lobby. Breakfast was just ok. Our room was on the street side, so a bit noisy. Since we took the Amtrak, it was a quick walk to Penn Station and enjoyed a walk to the High Line.
Pros : Great location. Staffs were nice and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Cons: smaller size rooms which make it harder to navigate. The beds are not comfortable. The streets outside the hotel is not very clean.
