front desk staff very friendly! rooms were very small for a family of 4 only place to put suitcases were right in front of door had to move to get in and out of room
Muito bom Atendimento na recepção foi bom. Quartos limpos e banheiro limpo. A cada 2 dias trocam as toalhas e roupa de cama. Localização é muito boa, perto da Penn Station, Times Square, Empire State. Fácil mobilidade.
Wifi was down much of stay. Otherwise very good.
