First things first, this hotel is very conveniently located near Penn station and within easy walking distance of multiple subway lines. The availability of breakfast is a plus, but more on that later. We stayed on the 18th floor. The toilet clogged several times during our stay. The street noise was as loud in our room as it was down on the street. Impossible to sleep without ear plugs. Great Location. Good location if you want to stay near mid-town NY. Rooms are tiny and not much space to move around. The breakfast area is tiny too, and gets quite busy at peak times.
Need a maintenance elevator for workers with just two elevators it can be a problem especially in the mornings with the rush for breakfast
Slightly dingy, but thankfully clean. The location is great. The free breakfast included was terrible but in general not a bad place to stay.
