Excellent, Good customer service
Room was much too small. Not enough towels for 4 people.
Good spot for food around the hotel
We had a great time at the Hampton Inn, we have stayed in New York many times and have just never found a place we would return to. However that has officially just changed! The location, amenities, and staff here were so great and it felt so safe here! We definitely will be back! Thank you so much for making our time here so pleasant!
Plenty of restaurants. Walking distance to Penn Station and Empire State building.
Overall stay is nice, perfect location. Only frustrating part is ice machine. After 9pm you have to do a treasure hunt to figure out which one is working. Front desk person doesn’t seem to know accurately. This is very minor.
