For a short 5 day city break this hotel was very central to all the tourist venues we were visiting and an easy walking distance to Time Square. Reception staff were very helpful with advice on using the metro etc as it was our first trip to NY. My only comment is the breakfast area was extremely busy on 4 July - due to the hotel being full, a lot of people took breakfast up to the rooms as there were no seats. Possibly sittings would be helpful when they know the hotel is going to be so busy.
Breakfast is not good
Breakfast area is very crowded in the mornings so try to go early as they tend to run out of items. Staff is super nice and helpful but area on to the left of hotel can be dirty at times. Convenient location and walking distance to many attractions as well as penn station nearby.
Decent stay It was our first time in NYC. Room was surprisingly small. Breakfast was good. Otherwise staff was great and hotel room was very clean.
The room was really small, it did not have space even for a mini fridge, but the staff was very nice, and location was perfect!!!
