Estuvimos en enero de 2024, de fácil acceso a minutos de Times Square caminando, el personal muy amable y el desayuno abundante. Si acaso los elevadores son algo lentos a las horas de check out, pero muy recomendable.
Personal muy atento, facil acceso al hacer chek in, habitación lista antes de la hora de entrada.

Está muy cercano a Time Square; pero la limpieza en las habitaciones es deficiente, un día solo tendieron una cama y la otra hasta parecía que la hubieran tendida y luego se hubieran dormido ahi a medio destender; el desayuno escaso, un día cerraron la sección de los wafles; el personal de lobby poco amable
