Personale gentile e disponibile, colazione inclusa nella media ma accettabile. Pulito, Ogni mattina ci cambiano le asciugamani e ci rifacevano la camera. Ci hanno tenuto le valigie al check out per l’intera giornata. In linea generale possiamo ritenerci soddisfatti.
Recomendo Hotel entrega o combinado. Café da manhã com variedade e saboroso. Único problema é a demora nos elevadores. São dois e o fluxo de pessoas na parte da manhã é grande e faz com que fiquemos esperando muito tempo para descer.
Good stay but far from perfect The wait line during check-in was too long. Only one front desk staff was working. He was courteous and efficient when it came to my turn. But, I had already checked in on the Hilton App, and still I needed to stop by the front desk before I could get a key. What's the point of Digital Key? The room was serviced every day.
