Correct Hôtel très bien placé. Rapport qualité prix correct. Équipements un peu vieillissants. Petit déjeuner varié mais pas toujours achalandé et peu de places pour manger assis.
Great place to stay to be near Times Square. Area around the hotel felt safe and lively - lots of nearby food and shopping. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy. Our one issue was that we clogged the toilet, and it took over an hour for someone to come up and plunge it. Turns out when you press the button on the phone for 'front desk' it actually sends you to an answering service that relays the message to the front desk. Good hotel, walking distance to Port Authority and other transportation. Very good breakfast. The hotel is a bit dated. The towels can be renewed. Had issues with room keys not working and had to go back and forth from 28 floor to recharge them. Overall, recommend this hotel.

Good staff !! Soon as I got there I got checked in!! Even prior to they messaged to ensure that I had a smooth check in and know other things which were useful!! Very accommodating worker in the breakfast section really knows how to work under pressure!! Definitely will come back!!
