Rooms are too small for a 4 people room this r ppl room is ok for 2 but not more
Good hotel choice The hotel was in a great location. It took minutes by foot to get to Times Square, Broadway and Central Park. Considering the location, the hotel was pretty quiet. The room was clean and it had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Best customer service The staff was great, nowhere else did we receive such good service, always kind and with a smile
Good choice for family vacation! It was very convenient to all destinations, Time Square, broadway shows, restaurants, Empire State Building…etc. the elevators were an issue but everything else was Pleasant.
Near penn station and nice professional staff.
