Fabulous staff. They were very accommodating with early check in and luggage storage after check out. My third stay and would stay again.
In the heart of Times Square.. could walk to everything I had planned.. only thing not as advertised is microwave in room, per expedia room with fridge & microwave cost more, however per the hotel, all rooms come with refrigerators but not microwaves because it could trip the power, but they would still supply one if I really wanted it.. lastly park ar the lor across the street - it's $20 cheaper than paying hotel valet
