Hotel ligt op een prima afstand van veel bezienswaardigheden. Redelijk centraal. Wel naast Times Square. Kamers zijn een beetje verouderd en niet helemaal schoon. Vloerbedekking niet echt schoon. Vlekken. Ook aan hoofdbord bed. Ontbijt is inbegrepen en is opzich wel goed maar ook daar is het niet altijd schoon. Als het druk is moet je wachten tot je een plek krijgt. Personeel is heel aardig en doen alles voor je. Op zich wel een redelijk goed verblijf. Mag wat schoner.
Possibly our favourite hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel went above and beyond more than we could have ever imagined for our stay there. Room was clean, spacious and an excellent view. Some additional storage would have been good but we were there a week ago had more stuff than the usual guests. Breakfast was good and tasty. Staff polite, friendly and helpful. Lifts not as bad as people make out. Although one lift was broke for 2 days which made it a little slower. All in all a fantastic stay that the hotelase special ... read more

Long wait for elevators and only one functional elevator
Great stay in a great location!
Staff was very helpful.. Heater was not working to the expectation..felt a bit cold..toilet was shaky
Only 1 elevator worked during our 4 night stay making it an extremely long wait for elevator usage. Had to use the stairs after already having long walks throughout NY was not ideal. Last day took a 30 minute wait for an elevator on checkout with our luggage’s!
