Our overall experience was amazing. The rooms and service was phenomenal. The curly head lady at the front was so helpful. We arrived 3 hours before check in and she got us in a room as soon as we arrived. Definitely recommend this place when taking a trip to New York.
Easy to check in and clean. Room service daily or every other day. Only problem we ran into was lack of hot water but otherwise 5star
I love the property and staff, the service was great, and it has a great location near Time Square, trains stations, and 25 minutes on car to Newark Airport. I would recommend it and will go back!
