O hotel é bem localizado, mas precisa de melhorias. O elevador é o ponto fraco. Somente 2 elevadores para o prédio inteiro de 30 andares. Pode demorar bastante para subir ou descer. O quarto é pequeno padrão NYC e o chuveiro é apertado se vc for grande.
A great place to stay! We booked this hotel since it was near Times Square, has a free breakfast and the price is very good. The hotel is located very well with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, the Port Authority is a couple of blocks away and the staff here are so helpful. The manager, Saud is so welcoming and helpful and so efficient. The breakfast is good and Cesar makes you feel special!
