No front desk employee Everything was great, except for check-in. I waited for about 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. During that time, I called the number on the desk, but it just rang the phone in front of me. I called another number I saw on a business card, and it did the same thing. A woman I spoke to who was staying there said she had walked by the front desk three times in the last two hours and never saw anyone there. I did finally get checked in.

We got to the hotel to check in and there was no one at the desk for at least 10 minutes. We got to our room and the thermostat didn’t work, then got moved to another room and the bathroom light didn’t work. For the amount I paid for the room, I was very disappointed.

Excellent experience The staff at the hotel was amazing. I had a problem with leaving something behind and they went above and beyond to help me . I was very grateful and can't say enough good things about the staff and the hotel.

Lost electricity early morning till time we left. Not Hotels fault. Nice quiet area.

Overall nice hotel Nice newer hotel, friendly service, free parking, quiet, nice location. I'm pretty happy overall. The free breakfast was just fair, the usual hotel breakfast self-serve items. The water pressure on the bathroom sink was non-existent, just a light thin stream.
